Appointments are available by appointment only. Please arrive on time Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your total service. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of your deposit. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require payment in full before booking future appointments. LATE ARRIVALS A 15 minute grace period is allowed.Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, adjusted, or canceled depending on the service. If I am unable to complete your service due to lateness, the applicable cancellation policy will apply. NO-SHOWS No-shows will forfeit their deposit. A new appointment may require payment in full before booking. GUEST POLICY To ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for all guests, I kindly ask that you please arrive to your appointment alone. Due to limited space in the studio, additional guests, friends, partners, and children are not permitted unless they are also receiving a service.
